Logiflex Software Services is a custom development house specialized in the operational layer that falls outside any ERP. We don't sell a platform. We don't ship modules. We embed in each contractor's operational context — their end-client, their protocols, their site realities — and build the system their project needs. 20+ deployments across LATAM mining, construction and energy contractors.
How we started
Logiflex began exploring industrial operations through a SaaS offering. That phase delivered something more valuable than revenue: direct contact with dozens of contractors who explained, in their own words, which operational problems no software on the market actually solved.
What we found
Mid-tier mining, construction and energy contractors share a structural problem: their daily operations don't fit any ERP, and every contractor has a different context — their end-client, their protocols, their sub-contractor hierarchies, their sites. Off-the-shelf software wasn't built for this. The few specialized vendors didn't speak the operations floor. The gap was structural.
Where we operate today
Today we operate across three complementary modes. Custom software is still our engine — bespoke systems for LATAM Tier-2 contractors, the CUMBRA model, the client owns the code. Logiflex Platforms are modular SaaS products pulled from the same quarry — Wallet, Roster, RRHH-EPC, IPERC — to solve one area fast without a full build. And Logiflex Apps are field tools for individual operators — Pre-Uso, IPERC+ATS, Parte Diario, Charla 5 Min. Many clients combine more than one.

EPC pass-through is the default assumption
